My lesson in copyright awareness

It was brought to my attention that I may have inadvertently based this pattern on an image copyrighted by Andy Harmer, and not copyrighted by the person who originally sent me the image. While Andy Harmer has graciously given me permission to continue selling this pattern, at this time I feel that it is better to offer it as a free pattern. To those of you who want beadwork patterns designed from images, please remember you cannot give permission to a designer to use an image that you personally do not hold the copyright on. If you want to use an image copyrighted by someone else then the person who holds the copyright must be the one who gives the designer permission.
