All patterns are shipped as PDF files via email, unless you request preprinted
patterns or want them on CD. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the
PDF files. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free software program you can find here.

Each file is customized and unique to the buyer. The file should open in a separate

All patterns are shipped as PDF files via email, unless you request otherwise.
I will put all the patterns you order in one PDF file and email it to you. You will
need to verify with me that the file works on your end. Sometimes electronic data
gets scrambled in the transfer, but if this happens I will keep sending the file to
you until you receive one that works! You save the file to your hard drive or to a
disk. There are no refunds on purchases of patterns shipped via E-Shipping.
Apply only when you buy preprinted patterns, or if you want your patterns shipped to you on
CD. Email me here for details on shipping costs for preprinted patterns,
price varies due to weight differences, but will be at my cost. The cost for patterns shipped
on CD in the USA only is $3.95. International orders???....let's talk E-Shipping! There are
no refunds on purchases of CDs or preprinted patterns, if there is a problem return the item
and I will replace the CDs or preprinted patterns at my cost.
